Vincent Shiu CD, B.Ed., B.A.

Since 2012, Vincent has been active with the local youth in Peel Region.  Working with Army, Air and Sea Cadets in the Canadian Cadet Organization.  Vincent is a graduate of Brock University with two degrees and is currently completing an MBA in Health and Safety Leadership and a M.Ed. in Advance Teaching of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Subjects at the secondary school level.  Vincent also holds a Certificate of Teacher of Adults (Centennial College, 2001), Diploma in School Board Administration (University of Guelph, 2011) and Diploma in Cyber Security (Lighthouse Labs, 2024). Vincent has also been active in the development and growth of community organizations. In 2019, he was awarded the Order of Wilfrid Laurier University along with his fellow volunteers involved in the Grand Valley Educational Society.  Vincent is a Canadian Armed Forces Reserve Officer since 2002, qualified currently as a Instructional Supervisor and in 2019 was awarded the Canadian Forces Decoration for good Conduct. Vincent is a member of the Ontario Not-for Profit Network and works almost exclusively in the Film and TV production sectors providing Health and Safety Leadership, Drivers and Vehicles, Food and Beverage as well Production support on location and in studio.
