Leadership Training

Leadership training is done through a stepwise process that involves the students undertaking tasks that successively increase in difficulty until they are able to handle a full project on their own.  Leadership theory is reviewed in detail and the theory is related back to real life examples to assist the students in understanding the material as quickly as possible.  Progress Peel students will receive promotions and rank increases as their leadership skills improve.
